I am a mother of five, a teacher, and someone who has spent years listening, both to the body and to what moves beneath the surface of it.

I have come to understand this work through lived experience. Through motherhood, through the challenges and beauty of incarnation, and through a deep sensitivity to what is often unseen.

I am drawn to the mysteries of Sophia and the Grail, which quietly shape the way I work. Whether I am supporting someone in preparing to welcome a child, offering hands-on healing, or working with clients at a distance, I approach this work as both grounded and sacred.

My background includes hands-on bodywork and years of working closely with individuals navigating physical, emotional, and energetic complexity. Over time, my work has expanded beyond technique into a way of listening- one that meets the body, the field, and the person as a whole.

At the heart of what I offer is listening. Listening to the body, to the soul, and to what is asking to be restored.

I am licensed in massage therapist in Washington State.
